I find myself happy as a teacher because I get to experience teaching to my pupils through the use of TEAM Model. Above all, I am also delighted to the fact that I was chosen to be one of the teachers that trained in order to become a part of the program. I also find the teaching aids and functions of HiTeach to be fun and amusing. My pupils are always excited, happy and eager to learn whenever I announced to them that we will be having our class through the use of HiTeach. For me, I want to continue using HiTeach as a method of teaching pupils because just like what I have said, through this advance teaching of teaching, we should be able to develop globally competitive learners ready to face the world.

HiTeach Smarter System Learning Journey
COVID-19 global pandemic greatly affected the lives of the people all over the world. We all suffered from the aftermath when businesses, large and small needed to shut down and stop because people are getting sick and hospitals cannot afford to accommodate them all, thus, resulting to the government to take actions necessary for the benefit of the people. In times when we are not certain about the enemy we are facing, we, parents, would not want to take risks in allowing our children go out to school and let them continue doing the things that they used to do. As a result, our children, acquiring education, became the least in our priorities. As we traverse the stage where we were not certain of what lies ahead of us, we learned to embrace the new setting of the teaching and learning process. Our school was so blessed to have been chosen to work with an international organization, Habook Group Taiwan, which promotes scientific analysis of teaching strategies that can be adapted not only in a physical classroom but also in remote learning set-up. Interactive teaching strategies which can be executed in an online distance learning setting are integral features of this approach. These are the skills that I believe teachers must be accustomed to executing specially during these times. I, and my fellow teachers in Cupang Elementary School, attended trainings conducted virtually and facilitated by our competent trainer from HGT, Mr. Jeric Lee.
At first, I doubted if I can manage to perform well in this program. But after the series of trainings, I understood the basics of the new method of teaching. Later on, I became more confident when Mr. Jeric Lee and his team patiently taught us how to properly execute everything. The advanced technology was truly a new learning experience for me. I am happy and proud that our school was chosen to benefit from this partnership. I must admit that online schooling is a new thing for me, I guess for almost everybody. But as a dedicated teacher, I am willing to adapt to what is deemed effective in the new normal setting. On behalf of our school organization, I would like to take this opportunity to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all people who are involved in this school partnership.
Indeed, it was a very rewarding experience. Rest assured that whatever knowledge we gained in this training; we will definitely apply it in carrying out the lessons to our students through different modalities we have identified to be effective for them. Through this advance technology of teaching, we should be able to develop globally competitive learners ready to face the world.
