To systematically promote the development of smart reading communities and help teachers and students across various counties, Professor Chen Hsin-Hsi serves as the Principal, with HABOOK Information serving as the educational consultant and sponsoring the TEAM Model system. Together, they have created Taiwan's version of an Ivy League school: the "Little Owl Smart Alliance School."
Passionate teachers from 3/4 of Taiwan's counties have formed nearly 30 cross-school co-preparation communities. Using Prof. Chen's "Little Owl Teaching Method," combined with carefully designed narrative and informational texts, they have developed a more effective teaching model.

With the implementation of the 108 Curriculum, the focus has shifted to the ability to apply knowledge. Teachers across counties lead students to form book clubs, guide younger students to enjoy reading, or invite community residents to learn about their hometowns and protect forests.
Finally, through various forms (physical or online presentations), learning outcomes are showcased, becoming a practical example of "Spontaneity, Interaction, and Common Good." These results are synchronized on Prof. Chen Hsin-Hsi's blog "Thinking Bubble" for exchange with more educators.
Planned by Prof. Chen Hsin-Hsi and the Taipei City Elementary School Deep Reading R&D Team, these practical toolbooks target core competency capabilities.
