Professor Su-Chiu Tseng
Teacher Education Center, National Chiayi University Normal College and Teacher's University in 1960s Taiwan were often the only career aspirations for children from impoverished families. Fortunately, I followed this path smoothly. More importantly, I love this profession and consider "teacher" my lifelong vocation. "It takes ten years to grow a tree, but a hundred years to cultivate people." On the path of teacher education, I engage in the work of "growing trees" and "cultivating people." Being a teacher and also teaching students how to become teachers makes my work exceptionally meaningful. The new generation of teachers undoubtedly has new thinking. I am building my own new concepts and hope to use them to construct an image of the new generation of educators.

Insights and Changes from Integrating HiTeach into Teaching
I encountered HiTeach and the IRS system in 2019 and was immediately impressed. I intuitively believed this system would be absolutely beneficial for the new generation of teacher education. In teacher training courses, the interactive teaching tools of HiTeach 5 and the intelligent assessment system of IRS, coupled with the systematic intelligent feedback from the Sokrates observation and discussion system, would definitely provide magical assistance in cultivating future teachers' teaching innovation and professional growth.
Between 2022 and 2023, I secured public sector resources to organize HiTeach workshops to support the professional development of pre-service teachers. In my own pre-service teacher education courses, I also integrated TEAM Model's smart teaching system, which not only enhanced teaching interaction and improved real-time learning feedback mechanisms but also allowed for better classroom management, such as student attendance management, motivation enhancement, and objective and transparent grading. It made my teaching more efficient and enabled me to develop new teaching models. Now, teaching without the assistance of HiTeach 5 feels dull and uncomfortable. I enjoy using HiTeach 5 and have become a loyal fan.
