Opening Ceremony of the "Smart Innovation Academy" at the Teacher Education Center, National Tainan University
Distinguished guests attending the opening ceremony included President Hui-Ping Chen of National Tainan University, Dean Chih-Ting Hsu of the College of Education, Director Chun-Ping Wu of the Teacher Education Center, and others. Through this collaboration, TEAM Model will provide pre-service teachers with exclusive HiTeach classroom teaching training courses, guide the application of AI Sokrates coaching technology, and assist pre-service teachers in learning to produce AI Sokrates lesson examples and related data, comprehensively mastering smart teaching tools and methods.
Environment Setup The classroom simulates a scenario where elementary school students use tablets for differentiated instruction. It is equipped with a touch-screen large display, combined with the HiTeach smart teaching system, digital lesson observation and analysis platform, Sokrates AI suite, and PTZ cameras (please refer to
AI Lecture Observation Lounge (LOL)) to achieve teaching innovation. Pre-service teachers can conduct lesson observation, preparation, and discussion here, engaging in teaching reflection through AI data analysis to continuously improve their teaching abilities.

The collaboration emphasizes cultivating pre-service teachers' ability to instantly grasp classroom interaction data through innovative teaching resources, enabling them to quickly adjust teaching strategies based on student learning feedback and realize a student-centered teaching philosophy. Simultaneously, the production of AI Sokrates lesson examples and data will contribute to the sharing and application of educational resources. Following the signing ceremony, Mr. Che-An Shih, Consultant of the Global TEAM Model Smart Education Research Institute, explained the operation and functions of the smart classroom system and shared the application of AI technology in teaching assistance and professional development. On-site teachers and students personally experienced HiTeach classroom interaction, actively participating in operations and discussions, creating a lively and focused atmosphere.
