臺北市智慧閱讀跨校專業學習社群
臺北市文山區志清國民小學為促進智慧教師常態性使用智慧教室的專業成長,深化與精煉教學模式,積極與永吉國小、木柵國小、蓬萊國小等四校共同發起智慧閱讀跨校專業學習社群計畫,促進跨校間教師交流。除了跨校聯盟外,志清國小還與香港、成都、廈門等地,成立「兩岸四地遠距智慧教室聯盟」,與兩岸四地的智慧教師交流,實踐「志清i共好」的師、生、校、聯盟共好的最終目標。
智慧閱讀社群每年舉辦社群公開課,2025年邁入第10年!
面對AI時代,教育科技工具愈來愈聰明,AI進課堂更是大勢所趨。2025年的公開課,社群努力共研的焦點仍是「學科教學思路」,先確定讓學生達成什麼樣的學習成就,再篩選教學內容重點,最後安排教學步驟。確認教學脈絡的適切度和流暢度,才會加入數位學習工具作為推進器。
智慧閱讀社群追求的好課堂是即使沒有數位工具,也能讓學生享受學習!雖然AI帶來許多意想不到的magic,但社群的共備還是嚴格要求夥伴們練習基本功——人人都要由文本分析起手,絕對絕對不能讓AI代勞,不能成為講台上被AI操控的工具人!
這個已經9歲的專業社群,見證了一群教師對教學的創新熱情。從一開始,105學年度,「智慧閱讀」被很多人視為噱頭,課堂上使用平板、HiTeach也被當作炫技,但社群發起人徐慧鈴老師並不多做辯解,而是開放教室,歡迎隨時觀課、加入社群,提供「共備」、「共學」的資源。
在學校建置「蘇格拉底觀議課系統」後,社群共研更加方便。尤其是課務衝突,無法到場觀課的夥伴,可以利用其他時間,上平台看教學影片,並補上記錄;或是社群時間,直接點開影片,大家一起點評、討論。
不過,老師們大都有放不下的形象包袱,要大家接受錄課、數位議課,又是一個魔王關。還好,陸續有楊寶玉、王信傑、李婉淳三位主任的加入,用行動展現對公開觀議課的正向態度,提供了多個課例讓陸續加入的夥伴們可以觀摩。
這些年,在不斷說明如何應用「蘇格拉底數據」成為自己專業增能的大補帖下,每年都有新的夥伴願意嘗試錄課,雖然增加的速度很慢,但,只要不停滯,就是成長,就會是下一位勇者的支持力量。有參與觀課的外賓回饋:「多數學校應該會煩惱,就算有數位觀議課系統,老師們也未必願意用。沒想到,志清不但有老師願意使用,而且還不是被學校(行政)規定的。老師們實在令人佩服!」
九年來,這個社群未曾改變對「智慧閱讀」基本內涵的堅持,多次參與社群活動的國立臺北教育大學許育健教授也提醒:「國語文能力,是要點滴積累的。」在科技助力的課堂,過快的節奏、眼花撩亂的工具操作,很可能模糊了學習的焦點。如何適當解構學習任務,選用適合的工具,也是應多加考量的備課重點之一。
每年進行社群年度大活動確實很累,但每解決一個問題,就收穫一些成就感。學習新的教學思維、技術,也是這樣!徐慧鈴老師說,在學校內經營一個自發的教師社群並不輕鬆,也真沒從中獲取任何利益,但還是願意投注心力,不但要做,還期許日日更好。
國立政治大學張奕華教授在議課時特別強調:「無論是學習,還是教學,都要陶醉其中,能夠享受,就會快樂,就能一直前行、成長!」,這正是發展專業學習社群應具備的核心信念。
