To promote professional growth in smart teaching, Zhiqing Elementary School initiated the "Smart Reading Cross-School Professional Learning Community." Entering its 9th year in 2025, the community has expanded its vision to "Zhiqing i-Common Good," fostering collaboration among teachers, students, schools, and international alliances.
Facing the AI era, the community focuses on "Pedagogical Logic." Technology is the booster, not the driver. We ensure that learning objectives are clear before integrating digital tools, creating magic in the classroom without becoming tools of AI.
Many schools have lesson observation systems that sit unused because teachers fear cameras and judgement. This "Image Burden" was the biggest hurdle Zhiqing faced initially.
Founder Teacher Hsu Hui-Ling and the administrative team utilized the flexible settings of HiTeach + AI Sokrates to lower the barrier, while directors led by example.
By demonstrating how Sokrates data empowers professional growth, more partners join every year. In the 2025 series, Principal Chang Jui-Ting personally demonstrated a "Double Green Light" open class, growing alongside the teachers.
