
After graduating and being placed in a rural area, I have dedicated myself to English teaching and classroom practice research, focusing on the integration of technology in small schools and mixed-age classrooms. My goal is to use digital tools to enhance student engagement, ensuring every student is seen and heard in the classroom.
I am fortunate that my teaching career began in a rural area, which taught me to contemplate the essence of teaching within limited resources. Faced with small class sizes and diverse learning backgrounds, I place greater emphasis on classroom participation, learning motivation, and teacher-student interaction. I strive to give every student the opportunity to speak up and be understood. Their achievements in learning are the greatest driving force for me to keep moving forward.
