As early as 2011, Affiliated Experimental Elementary School of University of Taipei (ESUT) took the lead in adopting the TEAM Model HiTeach and TBL smart classrooms. Teachers were invited to serve as lecturers for HiTeach workshops across the country, and the school was selected as the "Annual Representative Smart Education School."

Principal Wu and Director Lo understood that equipment updates are just the surface; the core is the "Transformation of Teaching Culture":
- Making Learning Visible: Through HiTeach and IRS, teachers move beyond one-way lecturing to instantly grasp the learning pace of all 1,400 students.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Establishing a "Teaching Lab" and "Smart Lesson Observation Lounge," utilizing AI big data to transform traditional observation, making teaching improvements evidence-based.
