Cupang Elementary School was established in 1918 and has been an important educational institution in the local community for more than a hundred years. It guides the physical, mental, and spiritual growth of the children in the local community and provides them with great support in their studies and lives. In such a learning environment, not only are Cupang students academically gifted, but they also have excellent character qualities that are commendable.
Cupang Elementary School is far away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolitan area, the best feature is the friendly campus environment. In addition, digital teaching equipment such as personal computers, laptops, printers, multimedia projectors, etc. is widely used in teaching courses. Besides helping students accumulate knowledge, it is also very helpful for personality development, mental development, and social communication skills.
Just like many countries around the world, COVID-19 2020 has prevented many students from entering the school to receive education, and because of this situation, Cupang Elementary School had the idea to transform into an AI smarter school. Therefore, during the period of suspension of classes, the school also built the TEAM Model AI Lecture Observation Lounge (LOL) and used the Sokrates Teaching Analytics Service to strengthen the professional training of every smarter teacher.
Cupang Elementary School & Bayorbor National High School jointly held an online launching ceremony in July and signed an online agreement with the Schools Division of Batangas & HABOOK Group. The ceremony also broadcast online live to allow all schools in Batangas to see the smarter teaching model the schools use. This is a great way for schools to demonstrate their technological capabilities by using technology to conduct intelligent teaching activities.
With such impressive results, Cupang Elementary School has continued to make great strides in the development of elementary education in the Philippines.

As an educational leader, it’s always been a dream for me to build a community of people who thrive in their desire for continuous learning especially in this time of exposure to vast ocean floor of information. A group of people, who, in search of quality and relevant education, defies all possibilities to effectively promote professional development growth and help an individual maximize his innate abilities. Perhaps, that one dream has now turned into a reality.
The TEAM Model Smarter AI Classroom introduced a cutting-edge technology that helps schools, particularly Cupang Elementary School design lessons that are interactive and suitable to the varying needs of our learners. Applications such as the WEBIRS enabled our students to effectively interact with the lesson even on a remote learning scheme. I must say, this is one of the features that we really appreciate for it allowed us to ensure learning continuity amidst the pandemic.
In terms of professional development, the program proves to be a major contributing factor in providing technical assistance to our teachers. Through our professional learning community or PLCs reinforced by the TEAM Model training, assuring upskilling of teachers is a definitive outcome.
We believe that with TEAM Model AI Smarter School, the windows of opportunities will always be wide opened while we continuously create new possibilities for learning and exploring.
