HiTeach Smarter System Learning Journey
As I stand back and look at what I have achieved over the past few months of undergoing trainings under Mr. Jeric Lee, I am overwhelmed. Overwhelmed with not just how far I have become, but how significantly my perceptions and attitudes towards teaching and learning stepped in to a new level.
Our HiTeach journey gave me a roller coaster of emotions. There was excitement, uncertainty, confusion and doubt. Upon hearing the news that we are chosen as one of the recipients of TEAM Model Smarter Classroom and I, as chosen one of the Master Class teachers made me feel honored yet pressured, for I knew it would be a long and challenging process. Honestly, I was thrilled during our first encounter with Mr. Jeric on how he used the different tools in Hi Teach but at the back of my mind, can I do this too? how? We underwent series of trainings and the storm clouds began to become clear and goals started to seem achievable for us, thank you to our school head for his untiring support and words of encouragement. What also drove us to persist to take on the challenge to be master class teachers was the dedication, patience and inspiration modeled by our trainer, Mr. Jeric Lee.
I have enjoyed my journey so far, and have found it a truly transforming experience. This once in a lifetime opportunity has enabled me to develop a range of new knowledge, understanding and skills, which I will continue to enhance through professional practice. I am excited to see our young learners use this kind of technology that will foster their enthusiasm for learning.
Our deepest gratitude, Habook Group for the guidance and giving us this great opportunity. We are ready to be Master Class teachers in order to provide all Batang CES a SMARTER learning experience!
