The IES Cloud Campus License provides school-level applications and management services, allowing schools to centrally set up school term, subject, grade, and class periods; create class and student lists, and courses with corresponding classes and teachers for the whole school; create question bank and teaching resources for each subject, and co-create/edit syllabus; initiate cross-class assessments, surveys, and polling activities to help schools systematically apply and manage.
In addition to the basic functions of the IES Cloud Campus License (which includes services such as school management, school resources, and school activities), optional application modules include: PLAYTOL Module (i.e. PLAYTOL Learning Assessment Analysis System), Automatic Internet Marking System (i.e. OMR Exam Scanning System), and HiTeach CC IES Extension. Schools can choose to implement according to their systemic development needs.

Function Modules of the IES Cloud Campus License

| Content-rich products: ►Basic school operation information ►Teacher authorization, class list, course arrangement ►Create school teaching resources ►Start school activities |
The first management function of IES Campus License is the setting of school operation structure, including school system, semester, subject, grade, etc. It allows setting mixed academic structure, such as K12 (e.g. including elementary school, junior high school, and high school), group school (e.g. private school with multiple schools in multiple locations but unified school management), multiple branch schools (same school but multiple school districts), and multiple departments of college (e.g. multiple departments under college).
You can also customize the semester period. For example, if a school year is a three-term system, you can define the period and name it yourself; for the grade level setting, the number of grades can be set accordingly, such as a three-year, five-year, or six-year system. This allows schools to flexibly set the basic operation environment according to their own needs.

Authorization management function provides school administrators with a clear view of the serial number of HiTeach in the school's smarter classroom, as well as the authorization modules and device usage status. It lists the authorization items of the TEAM Model Cloud service, the authorization period, the usage status of the school's data storage service space, allowing administrators to better manage the use of software and services in the entire school.
School administrators who want to track the use of the entire platform, including the status of the use of the HiTeach Smarter Classroom teaching and integration of dynamic data automatically collected by IoT technology, can use the big data dashboard function to help grasp the information in a digital and graphical way and understand it at a glance.

Teachers who have already registered their accounts on the TEAM Model Cloud can join as school members through self-application or invitation by school administrators, and then they can use the resources provided by the school.
In addition, different function modules of Smarter School Management can be assigned to school members according to their job descriptions, giving them different access rights, such as whether they can view or modify authorization management information, view or modify school content management, manage course settings, curriculum schedule management, participate in school question bank management, and view learning status analysis of school assessment.
Administrators can also assign the school's data storage service space (referred to as school space) to the school members as their personal data storage service space (referred to as personal space).

There are two types of classes and lists that a school can create, one is Admin Class, which refers to the class lists established by the school administration, and the other is Customized Class, which are flexible lists created according to the curriculum and learning needs. School administrators can quickly create student lists and account information by importing data in Excel batches, including class, account, and grade level information.

It is very easy to arrange the school's courses. By assigning new courses to the corresponding teachers and the class lists, it is quickly created and can be used by the teachers after logging into their accounts. Not only does it save teachers the trouble of creating course lists, but for administrators, it also allows them to arrange cross-class and cross-course joint surveys or assessment activities, and the results can be quickly summarized and analyzed in one fell swoop.

Lesson preparation is one of the main parts of every teacher's daily work. If lesson planning can be cloud-based, teachers can unify teaching materials and test/exam papers in a structured and systematic way, which will make them more convenient to access and use.
The IES platform provides School Syllabus function to help school teachers prepare lessons in the cloud by putting PowerPoint, HTEX, PDF, images, videos, and web hyperlinks into the syllabus. The school syllabus allows multiple teachers to work together to prepare and edit teaching materials in a teamwork manner, allowing team collaboration and resource sharing.
In addition, when using HiTeach for smarter teaching in the classroom, HiTeach's Teaching Resource Area displays the syllabus resources from the IES 5 platform, with a tree-like display of Personal and School Syllabus. The teaching materials can be saved, imported, opened, or tested according to the teaching scenario, making it more convenient to access prepared materials.

By storing teaching resources in school content, such as teaching materials (HTEX files, PPTX files), pictures, audio, PDF, WORD, and EXCEL, every teacher can access them in the cloud at any time.

The school question bank is like a treasure box of questions for the entire school assessment activities. The platform provides a comprehensive filtering function (by grade, subject, question type, difficulty level, cognitive level, etc.) for easy searching and viewing. More importantly, it provides a variety of ways to design test papers, whether you want to design them with AI or manually, you can quickly pick out the questions you want, and then start the assessment activity!

MS Word question papers are the best source of questions: Many teachers use Word to edit test papers and then print them out for students to take. These Word question papers can be imported into IES as long as there is information set for each question such as the answer and type of question, and then turned into test questions and papers on the cloud!
In addition, the mathematical formulas, chemical formulae, graphs, etc. in these questions are automatically transformed into elements of cloud questions, almost like Word.
Mainstream questions are supported: including true-false, single answer, multiple answers, cloze, comprehensive, writing (short answer and essay), and even calculation questions, etc. In addition, the questions can include pictures, multimedia, and other different materials, regardless of the listening or video questions can be used!

Two-way analysis table of test papers: Most teachers are concerned about the overall coverage of the paper to examine its appropriateness, such as the distribution of question types, difficulty, subjective and objective questions, and key concept distribution. The IES provides not only the above-mentioned visual statistics charts, but also a two-way analysis table of test papers, so that teachers can see all the important points they care about!

Question analysis and remediation resources: After the assessment, the results are the basis for the students' subsequent review! If each question includes an explanatory note or more reference resources, then students will have ample resources when they review on their own and can review more effectively. Therefore, we offer schools to add explanation or reference resources to the questions to increase their effectiveness in assessment.
The school management team can first discuss and determine the key concepts for each subject to be taught, so that the key concepts associated with the questions can be added when the test questions are created. Why do we need key concepts and a Key Concept database? The main purpose is to build a deeper and broader application value for the question bank. As the volume of questions accumulates and more key concepts are covered, students will be able to learn to refer to the past through the review and practice of assessment activities, and to grasp the strengths and weaknesses of each key concept more clearly, so that they can solve problems more clearly and conduct remedial learning more accurately.

Assessment activities are the best way for schools to evaluate the overall effectiveness of learning.
IES has a complete and easy-to-use mechanism for creating assessment activities by selecting test papers from the question banks. Teachers can choose assessment modes such as online, smarter classroom, or OMR and writing, choose assessment types such as summative tests, mock tests, and quizzes, and they can do cross-class and cross-grade assessments and conduct school-wide assessment activities.

As mentioned earlier, the establishment of school question and exam files bank can be of great value for assessment activities, and a single test paper can be used for multiple methods of assessment:

⭐OMR and Writing Assessment: Use test papers to give tests directly and pair up with an automated answer sheet scanning system to correct objective questions automatically while teachers correct subjective questions online. In the same way, grade reports are automatically generated.

⭐Smarter Classroom Assessment: In a smart classroom, the HiTeach Smarter Teaching System allows students to use the IRS feedback mechanism to conduct simultaneous, student-led assessment activities. If the students use Web IRS, the question types can cover cloze, short answer, and calculation. Students can also participate in the assessment online.
⭐Online Assessment: Students can use the AClass ONE Learning Companion on the IES Cloud to take online asynchronous tests. Any device with access to a web browser through Internet can be used, allowing students to complete the tests within a limited time frame.

In addition, schools can further purchase the PLAYTOL Learning Assessment Analysis System to produce more detailed statistical data, such as result reports, class analysis, learning stability analysis, and test question analysis directly after the assessment. The school management team can grasp the test results immediately and help to plan remedial strategies to improve the overall school performance. (More advanced analysis needs to be done with the PLAYTOL Learning Assessment Analysis System)

Polling is a common group activity on campus. IES provides cross-class and cross-grade polling activities and supports multi-media (e.g. video, picture, audio) functions. Polling cycle, number of votes, anonymity, repeat voting, etc. can be set.

⭐Can be used for classroom or cross-class polling
⭐Teachers can enter poll descriptions and options, and can add customized multimedia (video, picture, audio, etc.)
