Flexible School Basic Operation Setup and Management Meet the needs of different academic systems and grades
You can also customize the semester period. For example, if a school year is a three-term system, you can define the period and name it yourself; for the grade level setting, the number of grades can be set accordingly, such as a three-year, five-year, or six-year system. This allows schools to flexibly set the basic operation environment according to their own needs.
Track and Manage HiTeach and Cloud Services Authorization
Authorization management function provides school administrators with a clear view of the serial number of HiTeach in the school's smarter classroom, as well as the authorization modules and device usage status. It lists the authorization items of the TEAM Model Cloud service, the authorization period, the usage status of the school's data storage service space, allowing administrators to better manage the use of software and services in the entire school.

Teacher Account and Authorization Management
Teachers who have already registered their accounts on the TEAM Model Cloud can join as school members through self-application or invitation by school administrators, and then they can use the resources provided by the school.
In addition, different function modules of Smarter School Management can be assigned to school members according to their job descriptions, giving them different access rights, such as whether they can view or modify authorization management information, view or modify school content management, manage course settings, curriculum schedule management, participate in school question bank management, and view learning status analysis of school assessment.
Administrators can also assign the school's data storage service space (referred to as school space) to the school members as their personal data storage service space (referred to as personal space).

Class and Student List Management
There are two types of classes and lists that a school can create, one is Admin Class, which refers to the class lists established by the school administration, and the other is Customized Class, which are flexible lists created according to the curriculum and learning needs. School administrators can quickly create student lists and account information by importing data in Excel batches, including class, account, and grade level information. With these lists, courses can be built and students can log into the AClass ONE platform (by purchasing the AClass ONE Learning Companion module) based on their account information.
Teacher-friendly Course Arrangement
It is very easy to arrange the school's courses. By assigning new courses to the corresponding teachers and the class lists, it is quickly created and can be used by the teachers after logging into their accounts. Not only does it save teachers the trouble of creating course lists, but for administrators, it also allows them to arrange cross-class and cross-course joint surveys or assessment activities, and the results can be quickly summarized and analyzed in one fell swoop.
Syllabus Catalog: Easy Access to Online Resources
Lesson preparation is one of the main parts of every teacher's daily work. If lesson planning can be cloud-based, teachers can unify teaching materials and test/exam papers in a structured and systematic way, which will make them more convenient to access and use.
The IES platform provides School Syllabus function to help school teachers prepare lessons in the cloud by putting PowerPoint, HTEX, PDF, images, videos, and web hyperlinks into the syllabus. The school syllabus allows multiple teachers to work together to prepare and edit teaching materials in a teamwork manner, allowing team collaboration and resource sharing.
In addition, when using HiTeach for smarter teaching in the classroom, HiTeach's Teaching Resource Area displays the syllabus resources from the IES 5 platform, with a tree-like display of Personal and School Syllabus. By storing teaching resources in school content, such as teaching materials (HTEX files, PPTX files), pictures, audio, PDF, WORD, and EXCEL, every teacher can access them in the cloud at any time.
School question bank: The more accumulated, the more valuable
The school question bank is like a treasure box of questions for the entire school assessment activities. The platform provides a comprehensive filtering function (by grade, subject, question type, difficulty level, cognitive level, etc.) for easy searching and viewing. More importantly, it provides a variety of ways to design test papers, whether you want to design them with AI or manually, you can quickly pick out the questions you want, and then start the assessment activity!
●MS Word question papers are the best source of questions: Many teachers use Word to edit test papers and then print them out for students to take. These Word question papers can be imported into IES as long as there is information set for each question such as the answer and type of question, and then turned into test questions and papers on the cloud!
In addition, the mathematical formulas, chemical formulae, graphs, etc. in these questions are automatically transformed into elements of cloud questions, almost like Word.
