Sokrates's 333 AI-assisted Teacher Professional Development Plan

The TEAM Model Smarter Education Supporting System is an auxiliary system designed to integrate technology into teaching, integrate TPCK theory, and help implement competence-oriented teaching. In the application of digital observation, TEAM Model is based on the data of HiTeach smart lessons, and after integrating AI technology, it automatically generates analytical data on teaching and learning, and is supplemented by the observation function and data integration of a general classroom, to realize high-efficiency digital lesson observation.

This plan will prioritize working with teacher teams who have experience integrating technology into teaching. We will provide the Sokrates Digital Lesson Observation Platform, the additional digital lesson observation functions of the HiTeach Smarter Teaching System, and the AI Sokrates Teaching Analytics Service for classroom teaching behavior analysis.
