The AI Coach-Assisted Teacher Enhancement initiative is part of the public-welfare Smarter Education Movement. It was launched in 2015 by the Global TEAM Model Education Research Institute and the Taiwan Technology Leadership and Instructional Technology Development Association (TTLITDA). The initiative supports the development of more technology-empowered teachers and helps prepare students for the future. It has received wide recognition in education and was selected for CommonWealth Parenting's Top 100 Choices in Innovative Education.
The HiTeach 333 Teacher Self-Enhancement Plan begins with a three-month license for the HiTeach Student-device Access Module, supporting up to 50 student connections. Teachers who accumulate at least three T (Green Light) records can extend the license for another three months. By sharing a qualifying HiTeach classroom experience within three months and completing the review process, teachers can earn a final three-month extension—for up to nine months in total.
The three stages combine access, classroom practice, and professional sharing.
HiTeach 5 brings together content presentation, interaction, tasks, assessment, and learning data in one smarter teaching environment. Educators who have regular access to student devices and reliable classroom internet are invited to take part and build practical, sustainable technology-integration skills.
Complete the application and redemption process to receive 3 months of HiTeach Student-device Access for up to 50 students.
Use HiTeach in real lessons, accumulate at least three T (Green Light) records, and redeem a three-month extension.
Publish a qualifying HiTeach teaching experience, complete the review, and receive one final three-month extension.
This plan is intended for teachers whose students can regularly use smart devices—such as tablets, smartphones, or computers—to connect and interact with the teacher's HiTeach classroom. Both the teacher and students should have access to a stable internet connection during lessons.
Complete the following setup and redemption steps to receive a HiTeach Student-device Access Module license for up to 50 student connections.
Install the HiTA 5 Teacher App on your smartphone. Register a TEAM Model account, then go to Profile > Edit Profile to complete your account information and verify your mobile number or email address.
In HiTA 5, apply for the AI Text Analysis Module and AI Sokrates Summary Notice. These services provide AI-assisted tools and the lesson-interaction records used for the Stage 2 T (Green Light) milestone.

Download and install HiTeach 5 on a Windows 10 or later computer. Follow the official instructions here: HiTeach 5 Smarter Teaching System—Download and Installation.
In HiTA 5, go to Profile > Extension Info and complete the requested information. We also recommend setting an account password under Edit Profile for future sign-ins.
Next, go to Explore > TEAM Model Coupon > Redeem. Because an account may participate only once across this plan and related past plans, confirm your eligibility before selecting Redeem.
After successful redemption, go to Home > My Authorization > More to confirm that the license has been added. When you use HiTeach, scan the sign-in QR code with HiTA 5. Your Student-device Access Module will then support connections from up to 50 students for efficient, interactive lessons.
Redeem the plan in HiTA 5 and confirm the license under My Authorization.
To receive lesson summaries and T indicators in HiTA 5, activate the AI Sokrates Summary Notice. If you have already completed Extension Info, go to Explore and select Brand New Dual AI Gadgets to activate the Dual AI authorization.
As you teach with the authorized HiTeach license, the HiTA 5 Home page will display T (Data), T (Green Light), and related lesson indicators. Accumulate at least three T (Green Light) records within three months of receiving the Stage 1 license to qualify for another three-month extension.

After reaching three T (Green Light) records, return to the plan page to complete Stage 2.

Within three months, publish a post about your experience using HiTeach in the classroom in the HiTeach International Community. Include classroom photos and a written reflection, and add the hashtag #HiTeach5.
If your submission is approved, a coupon notification will appear in HiTA 5. Open Notification to review it, then go to Explore > TEAM Model Coupon > Redeem to extend the license for another three months. Each account may receive this extension once.
After approval, open the coupon notification and complete the redemption in HiTA 5.
Complete all three stages to receive up to nine months of HiTeach access.
Stage 1 provides the initial three months; Stage 2 and Stage 3 can each add one three-month extension.
