Encounter 80 Port isn't available message when opening HiTeach

When opening HiTeach, encounter a message that says 80 Port isn't available, resulting in the problem that ebookserver.exe cannot be executed normally.

You can find out which application is currently occupying 80 Port by following these steps:

Method 1
Step 1.
Please open Command Prompt, enter netstat –ano | find “0.0.0.0:80” and press Enter, you can see the PID of the application that is occupying 80 Port (The example below shows 9588).

Step 2.
After obtaining the PID, please enter tasklist /fi “pid eq XXXX” and press Enter (XXXX is the PID obtained in Step 1), and you can see which application is currently occupying 80 Port.

Step 3.
Please use the computer's built-in search function to find out what kind of software/service is the application, and then adjust according to the actual situation.

Method 2
Use TCPView to find out which program is occupying 80 Port (Usually it will show http, or just 80).
However, sometimes it is occupied by some programs written to system services, in which case the TCPView may display "System", making it not possible to determine. In this case, it is recommended to use Method 1.

Method 3

80 Port is often occupied by "World Wide Web Publishing Service", please follow the steps below to disable it:

Step 1.
Open "Computer Management"

Step 2.

Find "World Wide Web Publishing Service"

Step 3.
