How to set HiTeach to use with Web IRS?

HiTeach Version：HiTeach Pro & HiTeach Mobile 3 (please update to latest version)

Teachers can use a dynamic list or existing cloud student lists to build classrooms. Students can use Web IRS to join the classroom for interaction. Related instructions are as follows:

Dynamic list (Used for an uncertain number of participants or temporary activities)：
Step 1.
The teacher first enters HiTeach and clicks the  icon in the "Interactive Mode" of "Classroom wizard".  After setting the number of students and groups, click "Create now" to create a dynamic list.


Step 2.
After creating the dynamic list, click “Start Class” to enter the interactive mode. Open the upper information panel of HiTeach, and ask the students to use any smart device (tablet, smartphone, or more) to enter the URL: webirs.cc in the web browser to enter the Web IRS connection page.
Then input the classroom number/code & student name, and then join the classroom to start interaction with the teacher.




Note: If the students are familiar with how to operate, the teacher can choose to open the upper information panel of HiTeach, choose the red box area in the picture below to open the “Cloud classroom QR Code”, and let the students scan the QR Code to connect (*Please don't join the classroom using incognito mode to avoid losing data)
 




Cloud List (Suitable for situations that already have existing cloud-based courses lists)：
Step 1.
The teacher selects an existing cloud course name list in HiTeach and clicks “Start Class” to enter the "Interactive Mode".


Step 2.
After entering the "Interactive Mode", open the upper information panel and select the box area below to open the “Cloud classroom QR code”.  Please turn on the "Allow students to select seat ID" switch on the screen.




Step 3.
Ask the students to use any smart device (tablet, smartphone, or more) to enter the URL: webirs.cc in the web browser to enter the Web IRS connection page.
Then input the classroom number/code & select student name, and then join the classroom to start interaction with the teacher.
