HiTeach Recording Button(SMART Recording System) is displayed in white and other status explanation
When you start HiTeach and want to do desktop recording or record lesson observation, if the recording button at the right side of HiTeach appears like thepicture below, it means it is preparing.
If the recording button appears white, it means HiTeach cannot connect with AI Terminal, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
Step 1: Please check the network connection status & settings, and if the AI Terminal is properly activated. Step 2: Click the recording button and go to the settings page.
Step 3: If the connection setting with AI Terminal is lost, please input the IP of AI Terminal to reconnect.
If the recording button is green , it means it can do desktop recording or record lesson observation.
If the recording button is red , it means it is recording. After ending class in HiTeach, if the recording button is green & red , it means the video & other related data is uploading
