How to quickly create a local student course list of HiTeach 5?
Description: HiTeach 5 has two built-in local course lists for users to use, but after all, the names in the lists are not the same as your actual class students, you can refer to the following ways to quickly create your own class local student course list.
Step 1. Please create your course list into an Excel file in the following format
Step 2. Please enter HiTeach 5, select
Hi in the upper right corner, and select
Local Roster Settings.
Step 3. After entering
Local Roster & Records, please select
+ and enter the course list name, and then click
Next step.
Step 4. Copy and paste the student names from the Excel file into the blank field on the left side. If you want to skip student seat number, please add "
, seat number" after the student, and the system will automatically start numbering the students from that number. Finally, click
Preview to confirm that there are no errors and then select
Go.
Step 5. After you click
Go, your student course list will be created.
Step 6. After creating the list, you can edit each student's information here and you can also import the students' profile pictures in bulk, so that the interaction will be more realistic! In addition, you can do grouping here.
Step 7. Select
Start Lesson in HiTeach 5 and choose
Local to select the local student course list you have created for teaching. If you have a grouping need, click
Group to do the grouping and then click
Start to start teaching with the list.
