How do I delete extra or unused TEAM Model accounts?
Description: When you want to complete your account information, but you find that your e-mail or cell phone number has been registered to another account, or you have multiple accounts that you want to delete the unused ones, you can refer to this article for instructions.
*Remind you that the deletion of an account means that all information, services, and rights under that account will be erased and cannot be restored. Please make sure that the account you wish to delete is an account that you will no longer use permanently, and then follow the steps below. The registration of a TEAM Model account is very easy and convenient to help you complete the registration and log in quickly. However, being too convenient, you may have accidentally registered more than one account, that is, you have different
user IDs. For example, you used a third-party account to log in and register with Google, and then you used Facebook to login and register, although the login is successful, but in fact, you have registered two different accounts (two different user IDs). If you register again with your cell phone number, you will have 3 different user IDs!
How to check the user ID of your account? You can check by logging in to the HABOOK official website, or you can check by clicking on
Profile in the HiTA 5 TEAM Model Teacher app on your smartphone.
Multiple TEAM Model accounts will cause inconsistencies in your data or cause confusion in your own use. Therefore, we recommend that you only use a fixed account to access the service, such as a fixed user ID login, a fixed cell phone number login, or a fixed third-party account login.
To delete an account, proceed as follows:
Step 1. Please go to the
TEAM Model account page (https://account.teammodel.net/) and log in to the account you are sure you will
never use again.
Note: If you have forgotten your password, you can use the
Forgot password? function provided on this page to reset your password using the e-mail or mobile phone number you registered with at the time of verification.
Step 2. If you are using a third-party login (Facebook, Google) and have not previously set a password for your TEAM Model account, please select
Edit in the
Password field after you have logged in to complete the password setting. If you are not using a third-party login, please skip to
Step 3.
Step 3. Please click the
Delete account button at the bottom right corner and enter the password you have set for your account to delete.
Note: After completing the account deletion, the e-mail, cell phone number, or third-party account you originally used will be unbound and deleted.
