HiTeach authorization information

1. Site License (Serial number authorization/license):

If the serial number authorization method is used, after activating the serial number, the serial number will be bound to the computer. If you need to move the serial number authorization to another computer, you must unbind it first. (For the operation of serial number activation and unbinding, please refer to: Activation and unbinding of HiTeach 5 license serial number)

Serial number authorization is bound to the computer - You can check the content of the authorization

2. Exclusive Benefits (Account authorization/license):

If the authorization is obtained by way of account authorization, the authorization is bound to your account, as long as you log in to any computer, you can use the authorization of the account. To use account authorization on a different computer, you must log in to the computer with your TEAM Model account before you can obtain authorization information.
** You can only log in to one computer at a time.

Account authorization is bound to your account - Log in to find out what license authorization you have

Account authorization information can also be viewed from the HiTA 5 app. Select the "Home" tab and click "more". The authorization information for the account will be displayed. As long as you use HiTA to scan the QR code to log in to HiTeach, you can obtain the authorized functions of the account.

Account authorization information can be viewed from HiTA & log in to HiTeach via HiTA scaning QR code to use the authorized functions.

Account authorization is a personal right and is divided into two categories. One is the Subscription License obtained by the school purchase or the teacher's own online subscription purchase, and the other is the activity-based Ticket License obtained through coupons, friend recommendations, participation in activities, draws, etc. The use periods of these two types are independent and cannot be superimposed on each other.

3. Integrate the authorization of serial number license and account license at the same time:

If a teacher with account authorization uses a computer with HiTeach serial number authorization, then after the teacher login HiTeach with his/her account, the system will automatically integrate the serial number authorization and the teacher's personal account authorization, and HiTeach will use the higher authorization when the teacher starts a HiTeach lesson. For example, if the student Web IRS authorization of the serial number is 300 students, and the teacher account's is 50 students, then the Web IRS authorization will be 300 students. You can refer to the example below, click Exclusive Benefits, and the higher authorization will be shown in the brackets.

When having both serial number and account licenses, the higher license will be used

HiTeach's optional modules also include applications related to AI Sokrates digital lesson observation. Regarding the authorization of this part, if there is both serial number authorization and account authorization, after the class is over, the observation lesson records, classroom behavior data, videos, etc. will be uploaded to the default channel (school platform) of the authorized account. When using this function, the user can switch by themselves.
