IES "Drag&Drop Screenshot" for Quick Exam Creation: Batch Question Capturing for HiTeach quizzes

Batch Question Snipping for Efficient HiTeach Quizzes, Peer Grading, and Smart Post-Class Review!

Environment Requirements:
1. Teacher's device: HiTeach 5.3 or higher. Please check if your version is up-to-date. For version checking and updating methods, please refer here.
2. Student devices require tablet connection authorization and a tablet or laptop.
3. Teachers' phones must have the HiTA 5 app installed or they must have a registered TEAM Model account (a free account grants access to the IES Cloud Platform).

After a quiz, it's crucial for students to independently review their incorrect answers, especially when preparing for highly competitive major exams where efficient review determines score differences!
However, achieving this extended benefit from quizzes shouldn't overly burden teachers. Now, preparing quizzes that facilitate precise student review is even more convenient! Teachers can simply use cloud-based clickdrag, drop, and screenshot actions to quickly create quizzes. You can batch screenshot questions (including stems and options) when creating and preparing quizzes, allowing for Quick Design quiz assembly for any question type! The assembled quizzes can be used for quiz activities during HiTeach lessons or for online quizzes published via the IES Cloud.

When the teacher clicks the "End Lesson" button before class ends, not only will a complete record of the quiz be kept locally, but if a IES cloud course was used to start the class, students can also log into the platform independently to review and practice incorrect questions.
After students log into the platform with their own accounts (https://www.teammodel.net/login/student), they can browse their course history, including quiz results, and practice incorrect questions.
For each quiz throughout the course, the system automatically compiles all past incorrect questions into a course error notebook. This is a smart system designed based on the theory of the brain's forgetting curve. It intelligently recommends the next practice time and the most suitable questions for practice based on the student's practice process, achieving more efficient review and practice! Students' scores will naturally stand out, so be sure to use it well!

✅Can a single fill-in-the-blank question have multiple input fields?

Yes, it can. However, after answering, it will require the Peer Assessment function to allow students to grade each other. If you want the system to auto-grade, you'll need to set guidelines for student input, and then use Peer Assessment for confirmation. This can still be very efficient!

✅Can I download and prepare IES Cloud Quizzes on a HiTeach page beforehand?

Yes, you can. After downloading a cloud quiz in the HiTeach Teaching Material Resources area, click Attach in the download window. This will place a thumbnail of the quiz as an attachment on the page. Save your teaching material page (in HiTeach's exclusive HTEX format). The next time you open this HTEX material for class and switch to this page, simply click the attachment thumbnail to immediately launch the quiz or a challenge activity.
