HiTeach is a set of quite powerful classroom teaching software. One set is equivalent to a patchwork combination of multiple different sets of software (or platform services) on the market.
Different users have different needs and the process of obtaining
HiTeach software may be different. Please refer to the following scenarios.
Scenario 1: A novice installs HiTeach and obtains a license for free
For a new friend who does not have a serial number or account authorization yet, if he wants to download the free version of HiTeach and then apply to experience the functions of the professional version for up to 9 months (3+3+3 plan), please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Download HiTeach
Please install after the download is complete. Please note: HiTeach 5 can only be installed on Windows 10 or above systems. Please
refer to here for relevant environment recommendations.
Step 2: After the installation is completed, the
icon will appear on the desktop of the Windows operating system. Double-click the left mouse button to display the HiTeach login window. Click the
Get a license for Free button.
Step 3: After the "Get a license for free" window appears, registering with a Google account is the fastest way.
Step 4: After entering your Google account login information, you will enter the step of filling in the
advanced information. Please complete the fields required for the advanced information of your personal account. If the name of your organization cannot be found in the
school/company name field, please enter it manually and select it (please be sure to enter the complete name), and then click the "
Complete and get a free license" button.
Step 5: Congratulations, you have not only obtained the 3-month authorization for the
HiTeach 50-user version, but also obtained the 30-day authorization for the
AI/GPT,
Smart Rating,
Collaboration modules and 1-year authorization for the
AI Sokrates Summary Notice and
AI Text Analysis module functions (
details can be found here), click the
OK button to complete.
It is recommended that you install the teacher-specific app -
HiTA 5 on your mobile phone (which can control HiTeach, receive authorized ticket rights, system notifications, etc.). Please scan the code directly to install HiTA 5 and log in to the account you just registered. Finally, click the "
Click to start using HiTeach" button to start your HiTeach application journey.

Click the account icon in the upper right corner, and
HiTeach Agent will appear. Click
Exclusive Benefits to view the authorized module information currently attached to the HiTeach Professional Edition.
In
Step 3, you can also register an account by email or mobile phone number. Both registration methods require a verification code. Enter the verification code received by your registered email or mobile phone into the field, and then click the
Register button. You will enter the step of filling in advanced account information.
Scenario 2: HiTeach 5 has been installed and get the license for free
If HiTeach 5 has been installed on your computer before, please use HiTeach Agent first, click the check for updates icon to update HiTeach to the latest version, and then follow the same steps as above to obtain authorization.
Scenario 3: Old users who have already registered an account and get a license for free
If you are an old user who has already registered a TEAM Model account, please click
Log in now and follow the same steps as above to obtain a free professional version license. (Each account can only be obtained once and cannot be obtained repeatedly)
Scenario 4: Receive 333 Stage 2 extended authorization (3 months)
If you want to extend the current 50-student license for another 3 months, you can redeem the extension by accumulating 3 T (green lights). The T green light requires the AI Sokrates Summary Notice module authorization to be accumulated and displayed. If you are an old user or have not yet received the AI Sokrates Summary Notice module authorization that is currently provided for free, please click
My Coupons from HiTA's
Explore, and then click the
AI Sokrates Summary Notice ticket to receive it. You can also receive HiTeach's
AI Text Analysis module.
With the "AI Sokrates Summary Notice" service you have obtained, when you start using HiTeach to teach in class or practice on your own, HiTA's Home will display T (data), T (green light) and other data. If the number of accumulated T green lights after using HiTeach reaches at least 3 within 30 days of redemption, you can redeem and extend the license for another 3 months!
Check from HiTA whether the specified number of T (green lights) has been reached If you have obtained at least 3 T green lights, please click on the
HiTeach Teacher Self-enhancement Plan ticket, then click
Finish, and your HiTeach Professional Edition license will be extended for another 3 months.
