HiTeach access codes are short, easy-to-enter codes that connect teachers, students, and families with the right learning experience. Open the HiTeach Portal, enter the code provided by the teacher, and quickly reach the assigned service or learning activity.
Open the HiTeach Portal at hiteach.cc📌 Requirements
The teacher's computer must be running HiTeach 5S, version 5.5.0.0008 or later. Please make sure HiTeach is up to date. For instructions on checking the installed version and updating the software, refer to this guide.
Before you begin: identify the type of code you received
Activity access codes for Cloud Mind Maps and Cloud Board Games can be entered at hiteach.cc. A student's personal access code opens AClass ONE Learning Companion. Teachers can also print each student's individual QR code for the family; a parent can scan the code to open AClass ONE and view or guide their own child's learning.

hiteach.cc is the HiTeach Portal for teachers, students, and families. When a teacher shares a Cloud Mind Map or publishes a Cloud Board Games, students do not need to remember a separate activity URL. They can enter the activity access code at the portal and go directly to the assigned content.
If the teacher provides a complete hiteach.cc link containing the access code, students and parents can select the link or scan its QR code to open the corresponding page directly.

A teacher can publish a HiTeach mind map to the cloud and share its unique activity access code. After students enter the code at hiteach.cc, they can open the assigned Cloud Mind Map for whole-class or group collaboration, or complete an individual task.
Cloud Mind Maps are useful for pre-class preparation, brainstorming, concept organization, collaborative notes, and extended learning after class. Students can continue their work across different times and locations, while the teacher can bring the results back into the lesson for sharing, synthesis, and discussion.

After a teacher publishes a classroom board game to the cloud, the activity receives its own access code. Students can enter the code at hiteach.cc before, during, or after class to open the assigned Cloud Board Game.
Turning questions and practice into game-based challenges can strengthen participation and learning motivation. Depending on the product edition, license, and available features, teachers may also review activity results, view a leaderboard, or carry learning data back into the classroom.

Every student on a HiTeach course roster has a unique personal access code that works as the student's sign-in identity. After entering the personal code, the student can open AClass ONE Learning Companion and, according to the services available for the course, view assigned tasks, homework, assessments, classroom records, smart review activities, and AI-supported learning tools.
Privacy reminder: Personal access codes should be stored securely and should not be posted publicly or shared with other people. If a code is exposed, the teacher can generate a new code for the student.

A teacher can print the class list with an individual QR code for each student and give the appropriate code to the student's parent or guardian. The parent scans their own child's QR code to open the AClass ONE Learning Companion interface, where they can view available learning information and support the child with assignments, review, and learning progress.
Because each QR code is associated with an individual student, families should keep it private and avoid posting or forwarding it publicly.

Q1. Are all access codes entered at hiteach.cc?
Not in exactly the same way. Activity access codes for Cloud Mind Maps and Cloud Board Games can be entered at hiteach.cc. A student's personal access code opens AClass ONE Learning Companion. A complete link or QR code provided by the teacher can also open the corresponding page directly.
Q2. Can I share an access code with other people?
Whether an activity code may be shared depends on how the teacher has planned the activity. A student's personal access code and individual QR code may provide access to personal learning information and should never be posted publicly or shared with unrelated people. If a personal code has been exposed, the teacher can generate a new one.
Q3. What should I do if the code does not work?
Check the characters in the code, confirm that you are using the correct page or service, and make sure the device has an internet connection. The activity may also have ended or expired. If the problem continues, contact the teacher who provided the code.
Q4. Why does every student have a different personal access code?
The code identifies the individual student so that HiTeach and AClass ONE can display the correct courses, assignments, and personal learning records. For this reason, each student has a unique code.
Q5. Can a parent use the student's QR code?
Yes. The teacher can print an individual QR code for each student and provide it to the appropriate parent or guardian. Scanning the code opens AClass ONE so the family can view available learning information and support that specific child. The QR code should be kept private.
