HiTeach Web lets teachers add whole-class interaction to an existing presentation, e-book, or web lesson at any time. Start with one question, then add tasks, imported materials, teaching tools, and collaborative activities as needed.

Begin with Quick Start and Class Rosters and Joining a Class to connect the teacher and student devices.
Choose multiple-choice questions, text questions, or work submission according to the response you need.
Compare PDF, image, and clipboard import, the Screen Capture Tool, and Excel question import.
Add HiTA mobile control, classroom tools, Cloud Games, or Mind Maps.
| Situation | Recommended method | Why use it |
|---|---|---|
| You think of a question during class | Write on the whiteboard or type text | No file preparation is required, so you can ask immediately. |
| The question is already saved as an image | Local image | Insert it, resize it, and start the question. |
| A complete question set is ready | Import a PDF | Teach and ask questions in page order. |
| The question is in a presentation or e-book | Screen Capture Tool | Capture the current screen without rebuilding the material. |
| The content is already copied | Paste from the clipboard | Fast, but browser permissions and source formatting may affect the result. |
| You have many text-based questions and need preset answers | Import from Excel | Set question types, correct answers, and scores in advance. |

The HiTeach Web toolbar is intentionally streamlined. The main tools are shown below.

After a HiTeach Web lesson ends, teachers can review lesson information and learning activities in IES. See View HiTeach Web lesson history in IES for the complete procedure.
