HiTools performs error Code: 403 !
When HiTools cannot startup normally because the error message "Code: 403" (as shown below), please follow the according steps.

 
Step 1. Check the system time of your PC. Adjust system time if it is not accurate, or turn on "set time automatically"  in Settings -> Date & time.

 
Step 2. After re-setting the system time, restart HiTools to confirm if it is normal.
