【如何讓學習成績從末尾進步到第三,上杭縣一中有答案!】
醍摩豆(TEAM Model)改善教育的強大力量!
2年多的環境與教學模式改造,成績突飛猛進,變成爭相參訪的最好高中!
福建教育學院鄒開煌教授到上杭一中調研後,爲文發表心得:
上杭一中“533智慧課堂”教學改革實踐探索,取得了可喜變化。 「2014級學生入學成績低分率比例大,導致平均分列龍岩市七所一中校倒數。通過兩年教學改革,學業成績明顯提高。高二下期末龍岩市統考文理科各學科成績都擺脫倒數位置,特別是理科平均分大幅提高,達全市一級學校中游或接近中游。高二會考成績居龍岩市一級達標校第三名。據剛剛結束的龍岩市高三畢業班質檢統計表明,該校理科平均分已居全市一級達標校第四名,尖子生也已突顯。」
這股力量是從兩年多前所面臨的困境積極轉化而來:「生源的大幅减少,不少優質學生流向厦門和龍岩,生源質量下降;教師年齡老化、職業怠倦、發展動力不足;社會對學校的升學要求壓力越來越大……面對諸多挑戰,上杭一中選擇以“强師優課”爲重點,以信息技術與課程深度融合爲手段,以課堂教學改革爲切入點,積極探索“533智慧課堂”教學模式!」
所謂“533”是指教學程序5環節,核心3個3:三反饋、三選擇、三不講,教學支持系統+教師專業成長+系統性落地實踐,造就了現在亮麗的成果!
