【如何將資訊融入教學,醍摩豆在木柵撒下希望種子】
3/22日在木柵國小舉辦了「週三進修研習-資訊融入教學『醍摩豆(TEAM Model)TBL公開示範課及議課』」。木柵國小全校都配有電子白板的硬體設備,只是過去大部分的老師都把它作為投影幕使用。為了能活用這些資訊設備,讓科技與教學產生一加一大於二的效果,特別邀請了永吉國小楊政修校長(閱讀理解)與北新國小許大偉老師(自然科學)來分享如何在在智慧教室的環境當中進行TBL團隊合作學習的示範課及議課交流。
一開始的說課環節,楊校長就以領導和一線教師的身分,交流科技如何融入課堂,也提醒老師們並不是最大化的使用每個設備與功能,而是要在對的時候使用。北新國小許大偉老師表示,運用智慧教學所衍生的TPC中科技(T)只是輔助,最重要的核心還是教學方法(P)與對教材(C)的掌握。同時許大偉老師分享了這次TBL團隊合作學習的教學模式與課程設計理念,藉由小組的合作促進孩子們的交流分享,再引導他們進行分工合作,最後再以公開表達的方式來完成整個課程。許大偉老師也以這次示範課為例,就算沒有科技的輔助仍然可以上完整堂課;但有了科技後,可以提升或是解決傳統課堂的限制,例如:傳統課堂用舉手、共答作評量,但透過IRS及時反饋系統能更加快速與即時的掌握學生的學習狀況,同時增添課堂的趣味性。
說課完畢後同時進行兩堂公開示範課,楊校長則以閱讀文本來引導孩子們探討有關性別平等的議題,藉由小組之間的討論與個別的經驗分享讓孩子們察覺許多的性別刻板印象並引發他們思考為什麼會產生這些現象。兩堂公開示範課期間楊校長與許大偉老師運用教學與科技融合,不僅讓孩子們提高課堂專注和主動參與也讓觀課的老師們驚呼連連。課後,楊校長再次強調:「還是要以教學為本來運用科技,以老師為主導判斷『需不需要使用,該用就用』」。楊校長與許大偉老師也分享了關於老師們共同備課的優點,不僅可以互相交流找出教學盲點,更能建立完善的學習社群促進教師之間的良性互動。
會後,木柵國小林秀勤校長表示,透過醍摩豆智慧教室能確實提升教學的品質與效能!木柵國小決定全校參與千師萬才公益計劃,將每一間多媒體教室都升級為醍摩豆智慧教室!相信不久的將來,木柵國小也會成為醍摩豆智慧學校!
