醍摩豆AI智慧教研中心專家見證 – 邱世明校長

智慧教研中心成功創新教師專業發展新模型,獲得了許多智慧教師與專家的好評。本週我們將介紹為致力於數位學習與教育科技的臺北市立大學附設實驗國民小學 邱世明校長,來為各位見證AI智慧教研中心提升教師專業發展的影響力。

6月23日,一個教育界的重要日子,由全球醍摩豆智慧教育研究院與臺灣科技領導與教學科技領導協會結合政治大學、清華大學、中央大學…等各大專院校教授與系所,與基地學校共組「AI創新學院教學研究平台」,是運用AI智慧教研中心在培育教師專業發展的平台。

活動特別選在臺北市立大學附設實驗國民小學的AI智慧教研中心舉辦,同樣身為臺北市立大學附設實驗國民小學的邱世明校長當然也參與了這場盛會,並以自身參與多場議課教研場合的經驗與體會,分享給在場的專家者們。
邱校長表示他發現很多教研活動的專家,都用自己的想像與感覺在進行教學研討,多使用口述方式來給與教學建議或評價,沒有清楚的數字給予師資生參考,這也導致師資生在建立自己的教學模式需要花上很長的時間。

而醍摩豆AI智慧教研中心的AI智能終端,可以將教師的教學行為做數據化分析並記錄下來,讓教學評價更具體,且記錄下來的影片也讓教研活動更有憑有據,是有數據有證據的好工具。
邱校長表示每個老師都有盲點,必須要經過提點後才能看見自己需要修正的地方。並引用蜘蛛人被蜘蛛咬了之後得到能力的提升,而AI智慧教研中心就像是打開教師的超能力,幫助教師看見教學改進的方向,讓教師可以擴展眼界,否則就像照鏡子一般,永遠只能看到自己。
邱校長致力於數位學習與教育科技,對於教學科技能帶來的幫助往往有更深的見解。醍摩豆的AI智慧教研中心對邱校長來說,不只是幫助教師們更有效率地進行教學建模,而對於拓展教師教學素養,認識更多不一樣的教學方式,也有相當大的助益。
