The TEAM Model Smarter Education Support System has been developed for many years, and it already has a talent pool of lecturers with many practical teaching experiences. Schools that want to introduce tablets for students and one-to-one teaching models, through these experienced teachers, will be able to lower the learning threshold and quickly integrate into their own classroom applications.

I find myself happy as a teacher because I get to experience teaching to my pupils through the use of TEAM Model. Above all, I am also delighted to the fact that I was chosen to be one of the teachers that trained in order to become a part of the program. I also find the teaching aids and functions of HiTeach to be fun and amusing. My pupils are always excited, happy and eager to learn whenever I announced to them that we will be having our class through the use of HiTeach. For me, I want to continue using HiTeach as a method of teaching pupils because just like what I have said, through this advance teaching of teaching, we should be able to develop globally competitive learners ready to face the world.

Service target: Hua Yi Secondary School, Singapore

Sokrates Platform: “Hua Yi Secondary School” Channel

In early 2019, in order to build the first TEAM Model AI Smarter School in Singapore, Hua Yi Secondary School took the lead in setting up TEAM Model Smarter Classroom in the first academic year, and appointed the secretary general of the “Global TEAM Model Education Research Institute” in the Asia-pacific Region, and used the time of the School’s teacher professional community to conduct smarter classroom training for the school's seeded teachers. In the lesson, teachers demonstrate how the smarter classroom can promote classroom interaction, and how to use simple functions to make the learning atmosphere more active, and ignite teachers’ interest and enthusiasm for the smarter classroom.

Workshop
Service target: smarter schools in Mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong
Course contents: C02 TEAM Model Based Smarter Learning, C03 topic design and data analysis of smarter classroom and C04 seeded teacher training for Chinese smarter classroom

Smart Reading is a teaching mode put forward by Professor Hsu, Yu-Chien fromNational Taipei University of Education. Smarter Reading integrates “TBL”, “pedagogy” and “Smarter Classroom”, and changes reading teaching through educational technology. Compared with traditional classroom, it allows the teacher to instantaneously understand students’ thoughts.
Professor Hsu, Yu-Chien has been promoting Smarter Reading in Mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong for a long time. In the form of TBL seminar, demonstration courses, workshops and one-to-one course guidance, he has steadily and progressively upgraded the professional accomplishments of school teachers in science and technology (smarter classroom), teaching method (cooperative learning) and course (pedagogy) using half of a semester, one semester or one academic year. Professional training has been highly valued everywhere.

Socrates Platform: Channel of “Taoyuan Team” 
Taoyuan City actively promotes the development of “smarter city”. Department of Education Taoyuan launched the “Smarter Classroom Digital School” plan in 2016, planning to build at least two smarter schools with “smarter classrooms in every class” in each district, implementing a systematic and scientific teacher professional growth plan.
The training plan divides the academic year into two periods: the first three months mainly focus on the TBL demonstration classes, the lectures on smarter classroom concept, and the smarter classroom technology enhancement training, the teaching application enhancement training, and the full learning of pedagogy and technology, combined with content to design TBL teaching design (lesson plan) with deep integration of three. In the latter three months, based on the TPC teaching plan, various “course grinding” were conducted intensively, including the in-school academic community course grinding, cross-school course grinding, citywide public publishing and other activities.
Taoyuan City sent “teams” to participate in the Cross-strait Smarter Lecture Contest in 2017 and 2018. Among the teams from more than a dozen cities, Taoyuan Team has won the title for two consecutive years with fruitful results.

The Department of Education, National Chengchi University established the “TEAM Model Smarter Education Research Center” in 2017, aiming to study the theory and technology of smarter education, collect and study the big data of teaching behavior, establish a perfect database of typical smarter classroom, and promote the professional growth of teachers. Professor Chang, Yi-Hua, deputy dean of the Department of Education, has long been committed to the promotion of smarter education. In addition to publishing several books on smarter education, he also gives lectures in various places and gives lectures in person.
In April 2019, professor Chang, Yi-Hua delivered a special lecture on “Three-level Scaffold for Teachers’ Professional Growth: Smarter Classroom and Socrates Analysis System” to 200 teachers, directors and principals of schools in Taoyuan. With TEAM Model Smarter Classroom in the form of an open discussion in the World Cafe,  topics such as “Sokrates Teaching Behavior Analysis System”, “Three-level Scaffold for Teachers’ Professional Growth” and “Case Study of Teachers’ Professional Growth” has been discussed. The professor made good use of the characteristics of the smarter classroom, so that the lecture hall of 200 people could also be used for group discussion, opinion expression, learning and testing, and the learning results were remarkable, subverting the general impression of large lectures.Scaffold for Teachers’ Professional Growth: Smarter Classroom and Socrates Analysis System” to 200 teachers, directors and principals of schools in Taoyuan. Sokrates Platform: “IEC” Channel

Islamic Educational College, located in Jordan, is a well-known school for cultivating international talents. The learning program covers from primary school to high school. Many Kings and royals of Jordan graduated from this school. TEAM Model Smarter Classroom was imported into IEC since 2015, and all-round teacher training was conducted.

In 2016, IEC held the school-wide “TEAM Model Smarter Classroom Carnival” to promote the professional growth of teachers with in-school teaching competition. Before the competition, the consultant arranged subject training and expert lesson observation guidance; On the day of the activity, special lectures, seminars and teaching competitions were arranged and evaluated by external experts, which not only enabled IEC teachers to master the essence of smarter classroom in the process of preparing for the competition, but also gave recognition to excellent teachers by the stage of the competition and created a win-win situation for the school and teachers.
