Nanjing Normal University of Special Education (NNUSE) is the only ordinary higher education institution in China that is independently set up to train special education teachers. Since 2018, the school has established a series of TEAM Model Smarter Classroom, including 63 Mobile classrooms and 10 IRS classrooms. In addition, the school introduced the establishment of AI Sokrates services, and promoted the subject development of special education schools and the refinement of professional courses in normal colleges through artificial intelligence. The school organized the "Young Teacher Smart Teaching Contest" to showcase the charm of TEAM Model Smarter Classroom. All teachers and students of the school participated in it, and used the IRS feedback device for real-time scoring, using smart technology to stimulate classroom vitality and wisdom. The construction process of TEAM Model Smarter Classroom
Construction-Phase 1
In 2017, the school invested RMB 1.057 million to install 20 sets of smart blackboards(smarter touchscreens) in the Boya Building of the school. However, due to only upgrading the hardware, the teacher lacks a feedback interaction mechanism between teachers and students during the teaching process. These smart blackboards only act as a display effect. In response to the limitations of hardware use of smart blackboards and poor interactivity, the school launched the first phase of the smart classroom construction project in September 2018. Based on the original 20 sets of smart blackboards, the school introduced an IRS interactive response system, smart education software, and a big data analysis system for teaching behavior, invested RMB 3.4 million to build 20 smart classrooms, and 7 smart micro-teaching classrooms.

Construction-Phase 2
After the first phase of the smart classroom project was put into use, through the use of the IRS response system and the smart classroom system, a new smart teaching model was gradually formed. The participation of students in the classroom has been significantly improved, and the classroom atmosphere in the classroom "lives". In the spring semester of 2019, a total of 141 teachers have activated smart classroom accounts and 1923 students have activated student accounts. The total number of courses uploaded to the cloud platform has reached 357 sessions. In 2019, on the basis of 20 smart classrooms, RMB 4.97 million was invested to construct the second phase of smart classrooms, so that NNUSE teacher has 56 smart classrooms, 7 smart micro-teaching classrooms, and 1 TEAM Model AI Lecture Observation Lounge (LOL). 5. Smarter Education Idea Series Courses

The 1st Teacher Smarter Teaching Competition of Normal Colleges in the Yangtze River Delta
The 1st Teachers' Smart Teaching Competition of Normal Colleges in Jiangsu Province and the 1st Teacher Smarter Teaching Competition of Normal Colleges in the Yangtze River Delta in Jiangsu Division, adhering to the concept of "student-centered, smart teaching, creating golden lessons", and adopting mixed teaching through rational use of smart teaching platforms to promote the interaction and communication between teachers and students, arouse students' enthusiasm for inquiry learning, and enhance students' autonomous learning ability. The competition is sponsored by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education and consists of four groups: humanities and social sciences, science and engineering, art, and sports. The event was attended by 58 full-time teachers from 16 teachers' colleges in Jiangsu Province. NNUSE sent 4 teachers to participate in this competition. 2019 NNUSE Students' Smarter Teaching and Research Activities
In order to better promote the development of smart schools under the big data environment and promote the application model of the deep integration of teaching with education and information technology, NNUSE and the Global TEAM Model AI Smarter School Alliance and other units jointly organized in December 2019 "2019 NNUSE Students' Smarter Teaching and Research Activities". In the future, "Internet + Education" requires multi-domain, multi-level, multi-modal cooperation and exploration, as well as in-depth integration and development. Construction-Phase 3
In order to implement the goals and tasks of the NNUSE's first school affairs meeting, the Academic Affairs Office and the Information Construction and Management Center jointly formulated a three-year construction plan for smart classrooms. Based on the completion of 20 smart classrooms in 2018, through the construction of the second phase in 2019 and the third phase in 2020, the school's multimedia classrooms have been comprehensively upgraded and transformed to achieve full coverage of classrooms for the development of smart education. In the future, NNUSE will promote the in-depth integration of education, teaching and technology through professional teacher training, and effectively enhance teachers' application ability in teaching technology, thereby enhancing teachers' teaching effectiveness and students' learning achievements. NNUSE builds a large-scale TEAM Model Lecture Observation Lounge (LOL), collects data related to classroom interaction and teaching pedagogical application through the AI artificial intelligence Sokrates system, and uses the Lecture Observation App to gather the opinions of experts and teachers in the class to automatically generate professional teaching analysis report.
