Sokrates's 333 AI-assisted Teacher Professional Development Plan
The
TEAM Model Smarter Education Supporting System is an auxiliary system designed to integrate technology into teaching, integrate
TPCK theory, and help implement competence-oriented teaching. In the application of digital observation, TEAM Model is based on the data of HiTeach smart lessons, and after integrating AI technology, it automatically generates analytical data on teaching and learning, and is supplemented by the observation function and data integration of a general classroom, to realize high-efficiency digital lesson observation.
This plan will prioritize working with teacher teams who have experience integrating technology into teaching. We will provide the
Sokrates Digital Lesson Observation Platform, the additional digital lesson observation functions of the HiTeach Smarter Teaching System, and the
AI Sokrates Teaching Analytics Service for classroom teaching behavior analysis.
Stage 1 (Application Requirements):
1. A teacher group of more than 5 people can apply this plan.
2. Participating teachers use HiTeach to teach and obtain
5 T (Data) or 2 T (Green Light).
(In addition to purchasing HiTeach, you can also download
HiTeach 928 (educational charity version) for lesson preparation and self-practice, or participate in "
Supporting enthusiastic teachers with the AI Coach-assisted Enhancement Plans" to obtain professional authorization version)
3. After meeting the requirements, fill in the application form to apply.
Resources Provided:
The teacher group will receive the following for 3 months:
1.
Sokrates Digital Lesson Observation Platform with 50G of space.
2. Each teacher will be provided with an additional HiTeach license for Sokrates Lecture Observation app * 50, a USB Recording Support license, and Sokrates Video Service that includes an AI voice-to-transcript module (soon to be released). The Sokrates's S icon will appear in the lesson information area of HiTeach for use.
Interested and eligible school teams, please fill out the "
Sokrates's 333 AI-assisted Teacher Professional Development Plan Application Form", including a teaching team of more than 5 people. After completing and signing, please scan or take a photo and send it to: habook@habook.com.tw. After we receive the information, we will reply to you as soon as possible.
Stage 2:
1. Team members finished more than 5 lesson observations & give feedback.
2. More than half of the members use HiTeach's S function to teach and complete lesson analysis on the Sokrates Digital Lesson Observation Platform.
3. Share more than 2 double green light lesson examples publicly on the Sokrates Digital Lesson Observation Platform.

Stage 1 will be extended by 3 months.
Stage 3:
1. Cooperate with the
Global TEAM Model Education Research Institute to organize a "Digital Lesson Observation and Lesson Study" event once. This event needs to be open to the public, with a total number of participants of more than 10 people.
2. After meeting the above requirements, please email relevant documents, records, pictures, etc. of the event to: habook@habook.com.tw
